Check the heater in your room upon arrival if traveling during winter months, as some may not function well in the cold.

would definitely come back there.
The room was clean and had a hot tub, outdoor swimming pool, and nice heating. The flat-screen TV was cool, and there were pools towels, a fridge, and a microwave. A/C worked well, and the private bathroom had good tile work. Extras like body soap and shampoo were great.

clean, clean, clean
We were quite surprised by the cleanliness and modern updates in our room! The fresh smell and new tile work in the bathroom added a luxurious touch. Plus, we received a complimentary upgrade to a spacious family suite.

absolutely ridiculous! walked into a room with a rusty stained tub and unfinished door jams. oh and how delightful it was to discover food containers behind the couch. i almost left a stellar review, but the complete lack of attention is simply unforgivable. i expected some royal treatment, but apparently that's too much to ask here.

the air conditioning was noisy at times.

missingWrote a review on 08 Octpolite staffunclean showermaintenance issues
The staff was notably polite and accommodating during our stay.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Mold on the shower walls and ill-fitted curtains diminished the overall comfort. I encountered several maintenance issues, including a loose toilet seat and old electrical outlets that didn't hold plugs securely.

This place suits me perfectly. It offers free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a jacuzzi, which I love. The staff helped me with printing on my first stay, and they are always friendly. I recommend staying here!

The location proved convenient, with the falls being a manageable walk away. Hot water in the shower was dependable, lasting over 30 minutes, and the room was adequately clean with a functional heater. However, the room showed signs of neglect, including dirt behind furniture, and the presence of a prepaid deposit without proper notification raised concerns about management practices. Wifi functionality was satisfactory, but overall comfort was overshadowed by cleanliness issues.

Had a surprise with the room's clean updates! The complimentary breakfast was just pastries and coffee but still enjoyable. Just wish the A/C was quieter. it was pretty noisy.
